These Terms govern your use of Market Player Labs (“Market Player Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Educational demo only

The game uses virtual stakes and simulated execution. No real money is deposited, invested, earned or withdrawn. Scores, buying power and profits have no cash value. We do not execute real orders or provide brokerage, custody, investment management or personalised investment advice through this website.

Prices may be synthetic or replayed and accelerated from historical data. Bot examples are curated and can be selected for positive outcomes. Spreads, leverage, liquidity and execution are simplified. Demo outcomes are not forecasts or evidence of future returns. Real trading can result in substantial losses.

2. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful personal and educational purposes. Do not disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misrepresent simulated results as real investment performance, or infringe another person's rights. You must meet any age or other requirements applicable where you live. The site is intended for adults.

3. Community and third-party services

Community links take you to Telegram, a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. Joining is optional. This demo does not guarantee access to any particular bot, strategy or future service. Any separate live-trading product or paid service would be subject to its own terms, availability and eligibility requirements.

4. Intellectual property

The site's branding, design and software are owned by or licensed to Market Player Labs, except where third-party licences apply. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to redistribute protected content. Applicable open-source and data licences remain in effect.

5. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site useful, but do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or that it will meet a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or decisions you make based on this educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
